Brought a rear fog light bulb holder for my Audi A3 . Could not find the part elsewhere . Part fitted properly and was delivered the very next day before my mot was due . Excellent customer service

Great guys, arranged for car to be collected and taken back to their garage for the repairs. Got it back up and running and through Mot, prices were reasonable too. Would definitely go to them again.

Appalling workmanship, appalling costermer service, the car is now in a worse state than when it enterd there garage and they have taken 2000 pounds from me. I feel robbed.

In response to your message you told me my car needed a dpf recondition I paid you for that work after said works was done and my car was returned to me in the next 24 hours my dpf light would come on followed by my coil light and engine management light I was told by one of smashings employees that it wasn't there fault the dpf light had come on 24 hours after reconditioning the dpf, the car has never being worse since they had the vehicle it’s down on power I don’t evan drive it anymore. I will do all I can to make sure people know about your shoddy workmanship and loose you as much work as I possibly can because I think it’s disgusting that you should get away with taking my money and leaving my car in the state it’s in.

I’ve used Smashing over the last 15 years and have always had a very good experience of their service and prices, never once have I had a problem. A while back when my son’s Polo packed up some distance from Leeds, they got me replacement gearbox to take to the repair garage. And today (after being quoted by an exhaust shop for a new mid-section exhaust for my Octavia), Smashing fixed it with a simple bracket at minimal cost.

I was in a real spot. A very sick Skoda Octavia, and a heavy schedule that required a car, involving various different hospital appointments etc. The lads pulled out all the stops, fixed the car in jig time, and allowed me to ferry my wife to her various appointments in time. I really would have paid a fortune for service like that. That's how desperate I was. Instead, they were incredibly reasonable with their pricing. Could not rate them higher. Truly first class.

Vag specialists, Rick the owner and the guys down there really know there stuff always found them very professional and most importantly very honest. Only place I would take vw/audi in leeds.

Seen more of them than my wife over the last few weeks! Sorted my golf out no problem. Nothing is too much trouble, brilliant service from start to finish. Rick In particular was very helpful, explained everything really well and most importantly honest people. Carried out the work needed and kept me well informed. Cheers chaps. Will definitely be back. Not too soon though hopefully!
